Brian Hackett is the founder of The Learning Forum. After a career at what is now Willis Towers Watson, The Conference Board and The Hackett Group (no relationship), Brian saw a need for senior executives to be more innovative and active in their own learning. The Learning Forum is a member-driven learning organization for senior executives from F500 firms and key government agencies. Members learn directly with each other, face-to-face in candid and confidential forums. In addition to the personal and professional development, Learning Forum members save valuable time and money by learning from others in their field. The forums cover HR Strategy, Talent Management, Workforce Analytics, HR Technology, Innovation, Foresight and Leader Development. Brian was also the co-founder of Apex Performance which designed and built the first Center for Enhanced Performance for the US Army. This unique approach to mental skills training for elite performers was the first of its kind. Brian still keeps track of innovation in neuroscience of peak performance.
