These are just some of the awards I have earned over my career.  I have an " In it to win it" and "Go big or
go home” type job and work ethic no matter the task.  I am low cost and high return asset oriented.  I am
hands on and want to get the job done.  I have taken on projects when I noticed there was a need for an
updated policy or current trends.  I am a motivated self-starter who wants to do my best at everything I
do. I see my accomplishments as a direct reflection of myself and my character. 
These are not just work characteristics but life characteristics.  I live this way in my personal life as well.  I
have been an NRA Certified Instructor, State of Arkansas Conceal Carry Instructor and Arkansas
Hunter's Education Instructor since 2013.  I have also been on the Friends of NRA planning committees
of both Benton and Washington County Arkansas for several years.  The reflections of these
