With over 20 years of experience in the HR, retail, volunteer (non-profit), and warehouse industries; I have learned to truly value our greatest natural resource: people. My belief is that the more a company genuinely invests in the growth and well being of its colleagues; the more those colleagues will, in turn, invest in the company.
