📽A movie made for Hollywood needs good and evil engaged in conflict. IT Security provides this storyboard every second. Corporate Entities and Governments may be flawed characters. But, it’s the world we live in and allows us to provide for our families and grow our society. It sets the stage because...👇 😈Evil forces all around either hate us with vengeance or want to steal what we have. It may not be a physical war zone, but we reside in a DMZ where battles are fought with computers. 🦈We are baited with phishing attacks. Disinformation targets social feeds. We are being tricked with QR codes, embedded website codes, and all sorts of ways we can barely understand. 🦸‍♀️Our friends, families, coworkers, and citizens are defenseless without our unsung heroes buried deep in security operations centers. These fine men and women remain almost faceless and forgotten, but we owe our freedom to them. 💜My corporate purpose in life is to help our defenders stave off omnipresent ransomware gangs, nation-states, disgruntled workers, malware operators, and spies threatening us. I covertly do my part by educating on the threats our IT Security Defenders have marching across the horizon. 🗺I work with the IT Community to understand their pains and share stories of how other factions are fighting off evil-doers. I train our Security Services and Reselling Partners on the skills and methods they need to build full-scale practices around identity security. I arm sales reps and engineers with the tactical tools needed to spread the good word and get our customers and partners working together.
