As an e-commerce specialist working for an E-Retailer selling video games, I worked extensively with Magento CMS, gaining in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms from the inside. This experience allowed me to optimize the platform's functionalities and enhance the user experience.

In addition, I developed the sales strategy for the platform by establishing partnerships with Twitch streamers from around the world. This initiative helped to increase platform visibility, attract new customers and generate additional sales.

To improve platform performance, I began to delve into e-commerce analytics. I collected and analyzed data on sales, revenue, conversion, click-through rates (CTR), and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

I also organized and monitored iMedia campaigns and external partnerships, leveraging a variety of marketing tools and strategies to drive traffic and increase sales on the platform.
