As part of the  Executive Leadership team, I lead the Customer Experience team at Igloo with the ultimate goal of ensuring our customers are wildly successful in building their digital destination and leading of team of awesome pro's acting as their Strategist on their Digital Transformation journey. 

Responsible for the entire customer portfolio including renewals, recurs, upsell (down sell and churn management), building Customer Success, Support and integrated PS models and teams, customer programs, and metrics and measurement of programs.

The Corporate Security Division at Resolver is strategically market focused on delivering amazing risk and incident management products for Corporate Security Professionals. I managed the strategy, direction and operations of the division.  I built great teams, great products, great culture....which lead to great customers.

Executive Vice President & GM Corporate Security Products Division at Resolver Inc.

With over 25 years in the incident management industry, I was tasked to oversee the Command Center Applications business line at Resolver which then became part of the Corporate Security Products Division. 

This line of business was entrenched in real time, mission critical security and operational command centers around the world running systems for dispatching, response resourcing, geographic intelligence & situation management, mobile applications, event monitoring and system integrations for real time response. 

I  worked directly with the product management & engineering teams overseeing functional direction of the Command Center product line, product roadmap as well as working with internal teams for training, implementation and customer success strategies.  

I coined the term ‘interact, communicate, integrate’ as a foundation on how systems should work together and applied this theory of connecting systems, people and data for successful and complete end-to-end incident management. Working directly with Resolver’s in-field consultants as well as current customers and prospects, Brian and his team helped find solutions for command center automation, integration, communication and interaction.

After being successfully acquired in 2014, in transition from CEO of PPM to EVP at Resolver Inc, I originally continued leading the Customer Success Initiative.  The CSM team was tasked with ensuring all customers receive Class A customer service, frequent visits and touch points in order to ensure their incident and risk management objectives are being met. This meant a lot of time onsite with customers, and working with CSM's to ensure a customer success path was created and executed.  

 Additionally, as part of the Sr. Management team, I worked in helping to develop the strategic plan for operations, product and other facets along with other members of the Resolver Executive Team in order to set the company strategic roadmap.

The Former Co-CEO of PPM prior to being successfully acquired by Klass software in 2014, I was responsible for creating, executing & sustaining strategic objectives for PPM's world leading Incident Management Software products, services and customer success. In 10+ years in Sr. executive roles,  we significantly grew all facets of the company year over year leading to a successful exit strategy leading to further growth and stability for the company. We built great culture, great products and great people.

I’m an aspiring chef, pilot, NHL player and rock star. Never made the big leagues in any. 

Otherwise, an established C Level business Executive with experience as CEO, President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Customer Officer and VP level roles with a track record of building high performance teams and successful revenue engines. 

I am a relationship builder and use a people first approach to both colleagues and customers and have a significant resume of growth from this model. 

I have completed two successful growth exits of companies, ran businesses and business units from $10 million to $50 million and managed complex global teams and projects. 

I have 20+ years in SaaS, Software, technology, Customer Operations, Sales and Revenue, and an overall business acumen for strategy. 

I am an established presenter, speaker and communicator for various topics.
