In my current role, I lead content strategy at Aberdeen, a division of Spiceworks Ziff Davis, where I leverage our firm's experience in independent market research. I specialize in storytelling, driving new ways of using data to tell stories, and turning technical jargon into common language. Notable achievements include launching a company-wide newsletter, developing a quarterly research calendar, and producing promotional videos, all of which contribute significantly to the company's overall growth.

Ushered the #1 Android Cloud Emulator through a rebrand; increasing engagement with core audience of developers through digital marketing, SEO and content development on website and social including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Launched new website which was coordinated around the company’s presence at a major industry trade show in India. Procured sponsorship dollars for world's biggest large-scale conference company through established relationships as well as heavy phone/email prospecting to identify key decision makers, set appointments, and close deals. Played an integral role in the planning, execution and follow-up of industry symposiums, in the Digital Marketing, Logistics, Aerospace/Geospatial, and Online Retail spaces.

Joined as a foundational team member during the critical startup phase, contributing significantly to the agency's rapid expansion. Held a dual-capacity role, serving existing accounts and driving new client acquisitions. Established and executed tailored PR/communications strategies for clients, playing a key role in shaping the agency's early success.

Created local search campaigns for small/medium sized businesses in the Greater New York Area. Exceeded monthly quotas by using traditional sales methods such as cold calling, in-person networking and up-selling/cross-selling to existing customers. Set up daily meetings with decision makers in a given territory, and then responsible for creating persuasive presentations and overcoming objections to ultimately close the business.
