As the Founder and CEO of BraveHearts (SCOTLAND) - A SafeHaven for Male Survivors of Abuse CIC, I am dedicated to supporting male survivors of abuse, including child abuse, sexual and physical abuse, and reducing male suicides. With over 15 years of experience in social entrepreneurship, I have developed a unique company, BizSocial, that brings businesses and social enterprises together through networking, exhibiting, digital marketing, and training workshops. I am also a Panel Member at Children's Hearings Scotland, where I make legal decisions with and for infants, children, and young people in Scotland. My education background includes Social Work from the University of Central Lancashire, Substance Misuse from Blackpool and The Fylde College, and Counselling from the University of the West of Scotland. I am passionate about creating positive change and empowering individuals and communities through my work. I am trained in Mental Health ASIST (Suicide Prevention) and also a Self Harm Trainer, providing training sessions to groups who are working in the community or businesses
