Responsible for entire long-term sales cycles, our team owns the process from prospecting, consultation, integration, and ultimately commercializing the partnership.

Team Lead - Integrated Software Vendor (ISV) Business Development

As a Senior Business Development Manager at TSYS, I'm tasked with identifying and signing integrated software partners in the healthcare space to enable payment processing, driving efficiency at the practice level.  With a specific focus on Practice Management/EHR, Medical Billing, and RCM software products, I work with tech firms to streamline their clients' workflow with TSYS integrated payment processing technologies.

Senior Business Development Manager -  Integrated Software (ISV) -  Healthcare

•Manage $78 million (retail sales) in 3 different buyer categories within 3 departments. 
•Excel in working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, forecasting, shopper insights, finance, and trade planning to develop successful programs for both 3M and Lowe's
•Execute marketing/product plans for 3M Safety™ and Electrical business, managing brands including Scotch™, and 3M Safety™
•Develop and implement short and long term business plans for division and category to achieve sales volume goals
•Develop strong relationship with customer to ensure open dialogue is always achieved, providing foundation for discussion and resolution of difficult business situations
•Coordinate and communicate activities of competitive vendors such as pricing adjustments, promotional programs, new items, special packs and consumer marketing activities
•Explore potential additions to existing product lines, and identify profitable new lines to present to Lowe's
•Develop and execute strategic partnership with Lowe's Pro Services department, Lowe's AEP (outside sales) group, as well as LowesForPros.com. 
•Drive national visibility of the 3M Brand through these channels by utilizing online content, social media, and traditional print in addition to daily phone and email contact with stores and reps
•Manage relationship with Lowe's AEP field sales representatives, supporting Tapes, Abrasives, Safety, Electrical, Build & Repair, Home Care, and Adhesive categories
-Selected as onboarding coach for Consumer Business Group during SalesForce.com rollout

National Account Manager

Specialized in pushing the sales of 3M products in the paint industry. Grew sales 18% over LY, equating to a $700,000 increase. Was responsible for  300+ paint and distributor accounts throughout the states of Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New York. My primary responsibility was to interact with end-users on a daily basis to assess opportunities, solicit products, and gain market share in my territory. I participated in numerous trade shows throughout the year, with attendance often eclipsing 1,000 people, educating both end-users and customer employees on best practices for 3M products.
