Survived leading cyber for two decades and alive to speak about it, as "survived" would indicate, but to what extent. Through blood, sweat, and at times tears I found wisdom through it all. From the board room to the war room I stood shoulder to shoulder with my teams and companies leading the charge. Those I met along the way inspired me to keep fighting the good fight. Now my passion is sharing those stories and helping companies and practitioners fight. When I transitioned to Vectra, a decade+ AI pure play, my goal was to get AI tooling into as many analysts and cyber leaders hands as I know it truly helps, and now as Founding General Partner of Neuhaus Ventures I want to advise others how it's done. My 20+ years of experience and the "right" tooling gave me the confidence to know we weren't breached and compliant and if that day came we would know immediately and have the ability to take action. I am still and will always be a CISO, fighting, building, founding, investing, and living.
