If you’re reading this, we probably haven’t met yet. Hello there. Life is about showing up and learning from mistakes. In full disclosure, I’ve made plenty of them along the way. I’m far from perfect, yet I’m doing my best to persevere relentlessly and contribute where I’m able to. I'm currently part of the training team at MTM, a SaaS transportation broker and management company. I help empower teammates and peoples’ access to healthcare. I've also contributed as a business analyst, data analyst, business development manager, and operations manager in the retail, CPG, e-commerce, and financial services industries. Here are some areas where I help contribute: + Build, nurture, and strengthen partnerships + Document and refine standard operating procedures + Educate, teach, and onboard customers (and learn from them) + Train colleagues (and learn from them) + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer service challenges + Improve customers’ experiences, especially on websites + Analyze qualitative and quantitative data + Communicate insights to diverse stakeholders with relevant reports and dashboards + Guide decision making for extremely senior leaders Here are my guiding principles: → Put forth the effort to become the best I’m capable of becoming (thank you, Coach Wooden, and yes, this is always a work in progress) → Help make the team more successful → Help make customers more successful Resiliency, a positive attitude, and curiosity all matter.
