I joined Frigg during its early startup phase and took on a pivotal role in shaping both the product and the company’s growth. While designing the platform and building a scalable design system, I also worked closely with the founder, managing recruitment, handling operational tasks, and helping the company achieve key milestones that have brought it to where it is today.

Design and product
- Co-created and refined Frigg’s Design System in close collaboration with developers, focusing on structure, scalability, and reusability.
- Built the Design System in Figma, with support for multi-theming using variables and creating reusable design components across multiple libraries.
- Designed core components, blocks, and features collaboratively with the founder and development team to support the overall product vision.
- Created Frigg’s digital brand guide, bringing the existing CVI into Figma, for easier usage and consistency across creations.
- Created Figma prototypes to visually communicate design concepts and streamline handovers to developers.
- Used advanced Figma plugins like data.to.design, story.to.design, Tokens Studio, and Lottie to streamline the design system and workflows.

Platform and tech
- Utilised Storybook as a bridge between Figma and the product team, creating consistency and alignment between design and development with a focus on creating a single source of truth.
- Used modern frameworks such as Shadcn, Radix UI, Tailwind, to define and adapt design patterns integrating solid components into the design system.

Business and strategy
- Designed presentation templates, slide decks, and pitches to support business growth and communication efforts.
- Handled recruitment processes, including interviews and acting as the main contact for recruiters on platforms like The Hub and LinkedIn.
- Built and designed the company’s website.

Management and strategy
- Part of the team responsible for updating our strategy and implementing company CVI, digital brand guide and new website.
- Design and UX offerings; new products, services and processes. Introduced new tools and methods for optimizing our way of collaborating with colleagues and clients.
- Introduced and worked with OKR, “Dialogisk ledelse” and weekly walk and talks with the team.

Design Systems and Atomic Design
- Held webinar about Design Systems (find it online: “Nedbryd siloerne og få en digital "single source of truth" med et designsystem til dit website”).
- Introduced Atomic Design and Design Systems as a central way of working and collaborating with developers and clients.

Client work
- Design Lead for new commerce website, from discovery to design and implementation.
- Project Lead for new app for Dyrehavsbakken, from initial research through implementation and launch.
- Project Lead, redesign and development of platform with complex visualisation of data.
- Design of landing page with a usability focus and CRO methods, for attracting more members to large danish organisation.
- Part of presale core team working with new clients. Held discovery and design workshops and created scope and project roadmaps.

Novicell

At Novicell, I was part of the Architecture team, working closely with sales and optimizing the processes for scoping, estimating and project execution. I had a close collaboration with the UK office and the team and clients there.

- Worked on large scale projects with our UK department, scoping solutions, client workshops and assisted project management
- Worked on a complex client form project, did the early UI design, prototyping in JavaScript, scope and decision tree

UX Architect

As part of improving the QA processes, I took on the role of QA Manager and started the Quality Assurance team. With focus on expanding use of QA ressources in projects, recruiting and defining offerings.

- Responsible for Quality Assurance on large projects, I defined and improved processes in close collaboration with clients
- Defined offerings and services of the QA team, implemented and improved processes
- Recruiting of QA Specialist and new QA Manager for taking over the department management
- Completed internal management training
- Wrote blog post: “Designsystemer: UX og frontend-kode på lager”

QA Manager

- Introduced Atomic Design and added Fractal to the Frontend framework for improving implementation and collaboration between design and development
- Held Atomic Design workshop in Denmark and Spain

Web Architect

- Recruting, client meetings and bringing new projects to the team
- Design and implementation of web app for handling information screens around Aarhus Kommune, e.g. in Dokk1
