:Act as main point of contact for all residents,visitors,contractors.
:Conduct multiple patrols, checking lights, ensure that doors are secure and free from obstructions
:Investigate faults and leaks throughout the block
:Report and log faults to upper manager and maintainance as required
:Monitor CCTV cameras/Security access to review and track any concerns
:Ensure all communal areas are clean at all times
:Greet residents and visitors upon arrival and departure
:Provide access for contractors/given the safe release of keys once authorised and ensure their return
:Check and test fire alarm panels and lift alarms to ensure all is working well
:Conduct interior and external patrols
:Resolve issues in a timely manner
:Respond to email communications and calls answering to all enquiries and making alternative suggestions where Suitable.
:Maintain a working relationship as liaison between residents and mangement
:Manage delivery of parcels/dry cleaning etc
:Cover shifts as and when required
:Consistently protect the privacy and security of all residents,guests and company

Concierge

I have now been with firstport just over 8 years with a great knowledge of building maintenance systems, I have overseen  outside contractors and have been involved in some major works. Dealing with difficult situations with empathy and understanding our clients needs.

Outgoing with a strong passion      for customer service, a real team player  assisting my colleagues where I can to pass on my knowledge but at the same time also learning from them.

I work extremely well alone coordinating with my line manager and keeping updated information logged. Detail is extremely important.
