The strategy framework was built upon the foundational principles of People, Process, Technology and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. 

Innovation | Launched a “first of kind” asynchronous interview assessment tool to reduce time/ cost to fill and to assesses thousands of students objectively and equitably resulting in 4500+ completed assessments.

Process Improvement | Reimagined and reworked the student go-to-market hiring plans to ensure proper compliance to labor laws, work-integrated- learning principles and tax credit opportunities to further the youth focused talent agenda.

Hiring | increased student hiring numbers year-over-year by 20% starting in 2015.
On-boarding | developed and delivered National Student Onboarding Program across Canada for 2500+ students annually with representation of students from 90+ different colleges and universities. 

Social Media Talent Engagement | increased early talent social media engagement results above the RBC company average with a student focused social media campaign on LinkedIn and Twitter.
