- I was hired as the first Recruiter at the company End to end recruitment for our offices in the US, UK and Hungary (tech and non-tech roles)
- Building recruitment processes from scratch, implementing the first ATS (Teamtailor)
- I organized the first Colossyan meetups in Budapest 
- Helping actively with organizing the team offsites and other company events

My main responsibilities were:

- end to end recruitment - from finding candidates (mainly tech, sales, BDR, customer success, graphic designer roles in Hungary and in the US) in many creative ways (for example Instagram) to extending offers
- optimize and build recruitment processes
- create an employer branding strategy
- gather info about the market and share results with the team
- own and execute different projects

From spring 2020 I was working as a full cycle Recruiter for Germany

- end to end recruitment 
- organizing and attending (online) career fairs and events

- doing translations to German


As a Sourcer, my main responsibilities were:

	- sourcing potential candidates (Linkedin, Xing, Instagram, Google search etc.)
	- doing pre-screening calls
	- testing language skills in German and English
	- adding and updating candidates into our ATS (iCIMS, Workday)
	- participating in job briefing meetings with hiring managers
        - attending career fairs and tech-conferences
