My profile: A degree in Communications, 15 years of proven experience and knowledge in Marketing and Corporate Communications in various branches from Comms Agency to Private Banking to international Fashion Corporate. I then developed my career interest driven on and off the job to personnel selection and recruitment, people development, feedback topics and various organisational culture approaches. For wanting to learn and gain a deeper understanding of people and organisation, also from a scientific perspective, I finished an extra-occupational course of study in Business Psychology (B.Sc.) - with focus on organizational psychology (thesis topic: The correlation of character strengths and job satisfaction under remote working conditions). Considering the high relevance of new concepts and perspectives to the future of work I am emphasizing my career on Human Relations Management, using my knowledge of a holistic carreer to consult companies and employees on their way to getting into a commited, satisfied and yet mutually benefitting relationship.
