Worked with various health systems with a goal of reducing costs, increasing quality, and improving health. Initiated a critical Netclinic (virtual clinic) and Medication Therapy Management program in collaboration with Fairview Health System to enhance resident care. Managed and continually met the budget for two assisted living communities to assure success. Participated in strategic planning sessions to ensure the highest quality of care and service through innovative solutions.
