👋🏻 Hi, I'm Brittany! I am a Senior Business and Systems Analyst with 18 years experience as an operational leader. I love all things data, software, supply chain, and workflow! I am a detail freak, talk way too fast, and love learning. The first 10 years of my career were dedicated to building customer support teams and the tools they need to best do their job.  I mastered my soft skills as a CSR and CSM, and began cutting my teeth on technical projects with the implementation of new contact channels, CRMs, knowledge bases, and LMS, IVR systems, and more.  The last 10 years I have been exploring every link of the supply chain I can - bringing hands on experience in sourcing and procurement, vendor management, planning routes, overseeing vehicle and equipment maintenance, demand planning and forecasting, warehousing and inventory management, shipping and logistics, especially final mile delivery.  If there is a bottleneck or inefficiency in your supply chain, I can help tease it out and guide the transformation process.  As a Business and Systems Analyst I love expanding my technical skills and knowledge and am adept at a variety of tools including SQL, Python, and a healthy dose of statistics.
