Facilitate Market Training for all new hires every month as the final week of training, then act as the reactionary/go-to person for all post-training follow up questions, clarification, and continuing learning. I lead the class of 10-15 people to understanding of ISR position and usher them to their teams with greater knowledge of the transactional processes, systems, and overall job role.

In addition to the hands-on teaching and training, I still assist in money-generating tasks for larger contracts, resolve audit issues, facilitate up-trainings for recent new hires who have moved on to traditional sales teams, fill in as salesperson for any ISR who is out of the office, and conduct organizational and sales and productivity-forward side by sides with each new hire.

Manage ad flow and trafficking for a team of 17 ISRs in 3 large markets. I assist Inside Sales Representatives in daily, money-generating tasks for large contracts and agreements with digital advertising.
