I was one of three Sales Executives chosen for our hybrid Sales Executive experiment since January, which proved to be a success! Thanks to that experience, I’ll be continuing in this role on the AMER team, helping both existing and future customers with their international employment needs.

This role combines my expertise as an Account Executive II with Account Management skills, allowing me to close new business while maintaining accounts to support long-term partnerships and growth.

- Awarded Rookie of the Year for 2021
- Fully Remote
- Calling/email campaigns for new trial accounts
- Schedule demonstrations for both Enterprise Account Manager and myself
- Create and send quotes, demonstrate software over Zoom meetings, answer lead questions
via email/phone and close small to midsize deals
- Work closely with the customer support team to assist new hires to learn the software, lead
onboarding sessions, assist on the website chat, and book onboarding sessions for new
clients with the customer success team

Sales Development Representative

- Translate instructional and sales materials from Italian to American English
- Educate new international clients for best practices when using software
- Work in a team to respond to client help requests/tickets
- Quickly resolve simple software issues and communicate advanced problems/modifications to software engineers
- Act as account manager to international clients to ensure best use of software

-Communicated with clients telephonically or via email to answer questions or solve problems they are experiencing while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor 
-Identified and communicate type of issue to the correct technician to effectively, efficiently resolve case

-Translated technical procedures, documents, and professional emails from Italian to English
-Managed and reported customer satisfaction for installations of digital industrial printers
-Collected and analyzed service data, creating presentation slides, for quarterly all-hands meeting

- maintained online marketing initiatives including email and social media marketing
- delivered the highest level of customer service to spa guests in order to ensure a spa experience above the rest and to encourage client retention

👶 Becoming a parent changed everything. 
And one thing it reinforced for me would be the value of my transferable skills.

Noah actually said to me the other day 'Mommy, I don't like it when you say mean things about yourself.' 
This was eye opening - and something to learn from. 

Being the best parent doesn’t mean being perfect, it means showing up as the best version of ourselves, learning to be 1% better each day. And that’s not only true at home.

In the workplace, teams thrive when leaders model growth, resilience, and curiosity.
