An FCA, MBS, TMITI, GPMI and IPASS qualified accountant, Brona has more than twenty five years of financial, operational, talent management, leadership and customer engagement experience. Continuously seeking to broaden her knowledge base, she has added numerous other qualifications in areas such as Organisational Development and Transformation, Lean SixSigma Green Belt, Leadership and Executive individual and team coaching. More recently, she has been accredited as a Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, a PPA and ECR Certified Practitioner, a LIFT facilitator and a Mental Health First Aider. As Director of Managed Payroll Services in Ireland Brona plays a pivotal role in operationalising corporate strategy. Within Paycheck Plus by IRIS she is responsible for implementing and overseeing daily operations as well as establishing and maintaining the policies that promote the organisation's culture and vision. She is an indefatigable asset to a company seeking year on year exponential growth with a plethora of award wins throughout her tenure. More recently, Brona has been appointed as Customer Engagement Director of IRIS Managed Services across the UK and Ireland with primary responsibility for creating and maintaining successful client relationships and expectations by applying operationally excellent best of breed practices and, in turn providing clients with superior deliverables according to their specifications and requirements thoughout every stage of their managed services outsourcing journey.
