Funny story: I grew up being told I had a wild imagination, was way too sensitive and that I should stop fighting everyone else's battles! As a result of this, my work for the last 30+ years has been all about using my imagination, applying sensitivity and drawing on a deep sense of social justice to help people feel safe again. Ironic right? As an executive clarity and transformational coach and trainer, I love working with individuals and teams who are prepared to do the work to achieve great results. My approach is grounded in integrity, congruence, respect and humour. And I happen to swear like a trooper! Turning bullshit into fertiliser is something I am highly skilled at 😉. I'm all about helping people get clear and work out what to do differently to live a better life. Ultimately my clients make better life choices and feel better. I love transformational change and the difference it makes to our quality of life. I don't’ ask clients to do anything I haven’t done or wouldn’t do myself. Even if it’s only a small change to start with, that’s better than no change at all!!! I've worked hard on my transforming my own bullshit into fertiliser and am addicted to self care after decades of self neglect. Diagnosed with an auto immune dis-ease in 2014, I’ve learned to change my own belief systems by doing exactly what I teach my clients to do. It’s so good to finally be able to say that most days I am the change I want to see in the world and the days that I’m not, I withdraw, rest, reflect and reset.
