Established and led the global product marketing team delivering market intelligence across several markets, GTM strategy, product and feature launches, messaging and positioning, and function enablement to accelerate revenue growth.

Established and led a high performance, global team of marketers in content, digital and field to deliver outstanding growth and performance in markets including North America, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and Pacific. Set a winning marketing strategy and program across channels including paid and organic search, social, display, events, email, content, and PR. Drove scaleable and repeatable performance for two brands, Little Hotelier and SiteMinder, across SMB and Enterprise.

Global Marketing Director - Demand Generation

Led the global Little Hotelier marketing team to deliver the Little Hotelier marketing strategy across several markets to drive leads, pipeline and revenue.

Key achievements:
- Launched new Little Hotelier brand and website to improve customer experience and optimise conversions. 70+% sourced pipeline growth YoY
- Key in selecting and implementing Marketo, a leading marketing automation platform. Migrated all programs and data from Silverpop, ensuring seamless data and process integration to Salesforce. 
- Launched full funnel automated marketing nurture programs globally, accelerating pipeline and revenue.

Global Head of Marketing - Little Hotelier

Took Little Hotelier to market in North America. Grew leads, pipeline and revenue. Experimented with channels to drive a scalable and sustainable acquisition playbook. 

Key achievements:

- Implemented the first fully automated global sales lead nurture program across EMEA, APAC and Americas
- Increased leads and pipeline by over 300% within the first year
- Planned, designed and implemented the first fully fledged content marketing strategy resulting in 25% increase MoM web traffic and blog subscription base increase average 2x MoM

Head of Little Hotelier Marketing

NSK Oceania

Developed, gained acceptance of and delivered the annual marketing strategy, plan and program across multiple product categories for ANZ. 

Key role in the development and execution of the group product strategy for ANZ, and working closely with Channel Partners and Resellers to deliver and market competitive, commercially viable and TGA compliant products and promotions. 

Delivered strategic marketing campaigns around product launches to achieve growth and ROI.

Key achievements:
- 20% average increase in YoY marketing generated revenue across ANZ through highly segmented and targeted campaigns.
- Launched the services business unit's website, generating a 53% increase in service led enquiries, and 27% increase in service revenue to the business.

Overall responsibility for developing & executing the Computacenter Consumables Business Unit marketing & communications strategy, plan & program. Grew revenue in existing accounts & acquired new customers through highly segmented, targeted marketing initiatives.

Worked closely with key partners and vendors such as Hewlett Packard, Sony & IBM to drive sales across product categories.
