- Reviewed study data and performed peer reviews.
- Delivered 28% of reports early and 100% on time in Q3, with 33% of reports peer rated above department standards for quality.
- Served as Communications Lead for the LGBTQ+ employee resource group, PROUD@CRL.

Report Coordinator Associate

- Executed study protocols, documented study procedures, and reviewed data for accuracy. Assisted in training junior personnel.

- Supported front desk personnel as needed by answering phones, greeting clients, filling prescriptions, and transcribing veterinarian notes in the electronic medical record.
