•Provide Lockheed Martin Corporate full spectrum leadership in support of Lockheed Martin (LM) companies IS&GS Energy Division managing 7 Senior BD Representatives and a matrix organization of over 40+ staff

•Manages the day to day operations of the Business Development Department for the Pepco and Delmarva Power Commercial & Industrial Energy Savings Program

•Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

•Insures capture of major proposals ($120M+ secured) and analyzes their impact on the sales function are prepared. 

•Oversees the central development and implementation of new programs, re-launches, new business building programs, sales rationale, etc. 

•Directs the participation in presales or sales meetings to review proposed plans. Functions as liaison between Business Development sales and marketing function. Direct and/or initiate sales analysis affecting distribution, spending as it relates to sales volume, promotional strategy, and selling tools

Pepco and Delmarva Power Commercial & Industrial Energy Savings Program Business Development Representative for Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties in Maryland focused on the recruitment of Trade Allies and customers to participate in the program.

•Daily responsibilities include: creating and delivering educational presentations, speaking at local, regional and national industry events, developing sales strategies, managing the application pipeline, cultivating relationships with industry groups and associations (USGBC, BOMA/AOBA, PMA and AEE to name a few), reviewing applications, writing marketing and technical documents and working closely with program engineers on technical aspects of the program.  

•As the Team Lead for commissioning and Operations & Maintenance Training incentives the role required writing technical documents, creating applications, and reviewing both Trade Ally and Customer applications.
