It is only when you understand your own story that you can take control of your relationships, your results, your interactions and your achievements. I knew when I was just a kid that I was here to help others discover their true potential. I immediately started to study psychology when I left school and haven't stopped. I have 19 years experience working within the helping profession. Being a highly sensitive person (empath) has helped me to connect deeply with others to be able to guide them to a place of empowerment. Having had my fair share of challenges in life, I am able to guide others using both personal and professional experiences. I have experienced trauma through adult relationships that led to me having to dig really deep to find my voice. This has made me stronger, and has taken the work I do to a deeper level. I released my first book in October 2022, "Understanding Your Own Story." I am now working on my second book. I have pulled myself out of the darkest of times, and I can guide you to do the same. I can guide you to take your emotional challenges to a place where you can celebrate the journey, taking from it a renewed sense of personal empowerment.
