Worked with the executive team at Magnolia (800+ employees) to co-design mission, vision, and values.
Co-created corporate culture identification and implimentation process. 
Designed and Implemented Retail Leadership roles and training programs.
Facilitated Magnolia's Creative Job Fair to recruit top creative talent
Partnered with HR to create a performance evaluation process utilized across the whole organization.
Developed and implemented an onboarding process for all new employees which included producing orientation videos.
Worked with all corporate entities (Magnolia Market at the Silos, Silo Baking Co, Magnolia Table, Magnolia HQ, Magnolia Kitchen and the Magnolia Warehouse) to develop leaders in support of a healthy culture.

-Managed the operations, people and strategy for lululemon's Nashville, TN store.  
-Executed company wide community engagement and marketing campaigns.

Mercy Ministries

Oversaw 40 women's nutrition.  
Assisted the team at Mercy Ministries in taking care of the women and mentoring them into healing and recovery from past trauma and emotional bondage.  
Coordinated and executed fundraisers within the home.
