My career started at age 14 as an ambitious young software developer, eager to learn & ready to conquer any challenge. I gained valuable experience working in many facets of the IT industry from network administration, computer training, technical support & software development to departmental management. Over the years my passions & expertise shifted from developing websites & software to managing people, projects & operations. I find great pleasure in building solid working relationships with both staff & clients & consider myself a servant leader, not being afraid to get involved. I strive to go the extra mile with all that I do, be it streamlining operations, ensuring value for money or looking after the well-being of clients & staff. I'm passionate about making a difference & occasionally speak at conferences & events about the good work being done by the tech community in Southern Africa. Above all I enjoy solving problems & finding innovative ways to improve the digital quality of life in Africa.
