As Director of Associate Communications, I strategized internal communications to over 2,500 associates in North America. I managed local Town Hall meetings, the weekly newsletter for Georgia facilities, the content for the company’s North American intranet, media relations, global newsroom and local advertising for the Georgia plants. Additionally, I wrote for and advised North American senior management on communications content, strategies, and channels; wrote and communicated topics including new equipment and manufacturing processes, new products, and benefits.

•	Launched the digital signage platform for Americas manufacturing employees. 
•	Conducted critical surveys of manufacturing and office employees. 
•	Managed executive communications, including Americas president's blogs and emails.

As Director of Communications, I managed all collateral materials for the college, media relations for local and national outlets, and outside vendors. I oversaw the production of print and electronic newsletters, and design and content of college web site. I led a staff of two, managed the departmental budget and provided strategic communications planning and consultation.

•	Revamped college website by leading a cross-functional team of faculty, staff, and students.
•	Developed and edited a new college newsletter for faculty, staff, and students.

•	Led public relations efforts to increase college’s reputation and brand regionally and nationally, increasing PR coverage 25 percent and achieving a top-ten ranking of college’s part-time MBA program.
•	Oversaw a communications audit for college that resulted in collateral more aligned with messaging and branding
•	Initiated bi-weekly digital proactive outreach with local media to position faculty on current topics.
