Responsible for the tactical and operational cross-functional team of Identity, a multifactor authentication solution for identities registered in our base.

My responsibilities are:
• Survey and refinement of business needs;
•Writing, slicing and prioritizing user stories;
•Roadmap and product backlog management;
•Communication of the product vision, results and performance for the teams and the company;
•Discovery process with the Product Design team;
• Accompany the teams' ceremonies, participating in the execution of the refinement, planning and delivery rites of the teams, presenting the documentation of the requirements to be delivered;
• Guide the agile development team using the Lean methodology (build, measure, learn) contemplating an iterative and incremental process;
• Support external and internal partners;
•Create and monitor experiments to ensure the continuous evolution of the products under my management;
•Mentoring for other PM's and/or people interested in product management and culture.

Senior Product Manager

Responsible for the strategic, tactical and operational aspects of the Infraban Business Unit, my main attributions were to communicate the strategy and build the product vision with the teams responsible for delivering value to banks, partners and banking correspondents.
