In my current role I’m responsible for the following 2 domains:
* Managing the product team at November Five
* Driving the business for the Product Definition, Product Engineering and Product Operations service lines

Initialised the Product Definition service line at November Five,
where we co-define the product roadmap with our clients by translating product purpose into functional requirements. Fully in line with the defined strategy, ready for efficient engineering.

Although the framework is something defined entirely on November Five operations, 
the essentials of SAFe are present.
Which allows our methodology to work for all different types of clients, including the ones currently working according the SAFe principles.

After 2 months I had the opportunity to take the job I had during my internship.
Working in the Advertising Team covered a broad range of tasks

- Advertising Operations
— generate campaign ideas during pitch phase
— bring live all campaigns and monitor status via Adhese
— full campaign reporting
— define new ad products

- Technical Project Management
— serve as SPOC whenever a technical implementation was required for a campaign
— technical support during the development of the game or other technical implementation
— made sure the delivered solution was compliant with our documentation and T&C
— end-to-end testing of the solution that are part of a campaign, before they can go live


- Client Management
— as soon as the campaign was sold, I had to take over the communication with the client
— I was also the main contact for the sales houses in the countries where we didn’t have representation
— covering the following markets: 
Belgium, The Netherlands, Romania, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, France

Advertising Operations Manager

At Netlog, one of the leading social networks, I was able to gain my first experience.
After my internship had ended, I was asked to stay and was appointed as revenue manager,
meaning that I was responsible for the following:

- Day-to-day communication with all social game developers
    — report on the performance of their games
    — provide input on possible improvements to get more revenue
    — provide input on how to get a bigger audience

- Technical Project Manager
    — full end-to-end test of the product they would launch
    — technical assistance during the development phase
    — compliance check with the Netlog T&C

- Reporting of the entire eco-system to the CTO
    — DAU - WAU - MAU
    — revenue of the entire platform + ARPU
    — detect features users are willing to pay for
    — determine the lifecycle for each game

* Account Management: follow up on campaigns for all different countries (set up brand pages, media, open social apps, …)
