Platform & Services TPM: 
- Created a company wide Mobile Growth technical strategy and prioritized it at the exec level. This program focuses on Platform, Signup/Login, Notifications, Video, UXR, and Commerce. Notification reach increased from 55% to 75%, user verification rates increased from 45% to 73%, and logged in daily users trends turned positive.
- Launched a Mobile Webview development framework, increasing mobile development velocity by 60%. Did this by reducing technical ambiguity across 20 teams, understanding customer problems, and writing detailed technical plans at the VP/exec level. Partnered across feature teams to design, plan, and launch 15 new Mobile experiences using web technologies quarters ahead of plan.
- Re-designed Twitch’s Mobile CICD from a 2-week cycle to a 1-week cycle, reducing time to market from 33 days to 8 days (-75%). 
- Identified product and technical improvements to transform deep linking, partnering directly with executive leaders. Increased mobile deep link traffic by over 50%.
- Drove changes to the Identity engineering organization across Mobile development increasing feature velocity. Saved 30% resource constraints across Mobile Core, Ads, and Community Discovery.
- Created and owned technical program to build and launch the Twitch app for Meta VR devices. Drove technical architecting, design, execution, and contract agreements between Twitch, Amazon, and Meta. Twitch was awarded contract terms and additional resources.

- Unlocked 11% of Mobile Engineering resources by optimizing release engineering at Twitch, reducing the effort from 30 hours per cycle to less than 15 minutes.
- Redesigned Twitch’s Mobile QA into an on-demand service, cutting 4 days out of the process.
- Technical architecting and business alignment securing opportunity with Samsung, unlocking access to the largest global TV market at 250MM+ devices. Launched the Twitch Samsung TV app successfully using Twitch’s new web tech stack partnering across 10 orgs.
- Launched Twitch’s first commerce feature on TV clients: Subs on TV, partnering across 7 organizations (Monetization, BD, Data, Design, Finance, Platform, and Legal) and multiple external teams. Optimized the payments engineering approach hitting contractual launch dates.
- Partnered with Microsoft to add cloud broadcasting support for Twitch to their native Xbox experience, securing $500k annual opportunity costs affecting ~900k creators. Required collaboration and technical strategies across 16 internal teams and 4 external teams (StreamLabs, LightStream, StreamElements, and Microsoft).
- Migrated 6 TV platform apps off deprecated engine onto our new web launcher and react native applications.
- Designed a new Google Play Store feature supporting multiple form factors under the same app ID. Partnered with Google to launch in the Google Play Store, unlocking individual paths for Mobile and TV submission / rollout strategies.
- Created new quarterly planning, roadmap, and business review process for Product Core Engineering teams/exec.
- Co-Lead for TPM Learning group at Twitch, driving TPM education and mentorship.
