     Directs and supervises the work of the 25-33 dealers and floor supervisors.
     Provides input on staffing, performance appraisals, corrective actions, and terminations. 
     Implements dealer rotation. 
     Ensures integrity of the game as well as adherence to safety policies and procedures and reports
     any safety hazards.

     Collaborate and coordinate with various departments in the casino.
