• Proficient in route optimization techniques Select based on cost of fuel and transit times for land-based business throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. 
• Delivered in a 15-day timeframe, over 325,000 lbs. of ice and water valued at 850,000 dollars to residents and electrical crews during FEMA-led relief efforts after Hurricane Ida.
• Trained five personnel in the operation of Electronic Log Devices (ELD) and proper Bill of Ladings (BOL) and packing lists procedures to reconcile invoices with 100% accuracy as specified by company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). 
• Accomplished through written and verbal communication modes the (re)-training of 7 personnel on loading/unloading procedures achieving a 50% reduction in time spent at customer locations.

•	Managed the Administrative Officer position for 6 months due to a vacancy of that position resulting in no-loss days of productivity for the Public Works Department. Integrating both current positions into one cohesive process design. Collected, analyzed, and prepared informational reports for management.
•	Proficient with Enterprise Asset Management Software (IBM Maximo Asset Management) to initiate and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for procurement transactions.
•	Processed monthly purchase card reconciliation duties resulting in 0% chargebacks.
•	Led cyclic and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) property accountability inventories with 100% accuracy on multiple Information Technology (IT) property systems and hand-held communication devices valued at over $250,000, as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Information Technology & Resources (ITR) Representative.

• Supervised and mentored eight Store Checkers and two Tellers to increase customer satisfaction services and resolve issues by 35% in the first seven months. 
• Performed Life Cycle Logistics duties in the handling, preparing, and maintaining of stock levels throughout implementation of warehouse storage management operations achieving 100% in First In/First Out (FIFO) methodology. 
• Drafting and formatting correspondence utilizing Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) systems for material acquisition and reconcile invoices.

• Conducted daily preventative maintenance procedures; to include the cleanliness of one sedan, two passenger vans, and three Global Positioning Systems (GPS) valued in excess of $96,000; ensuring mission readiness.  
• Described any mechanical problems with accurate detail to the Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) office allowing for quick corrections of defects, reducing downtime of equipment by 27% within the first six months.  
• Trained and supervised three incoming military personnel in the operation of Global Positioning Satellite Systems (GPS), route reconnaissance, and proper techniques of dispatching.

Executive Logistical Transport Chauffer

• Supervised and trained 30 military personnel, as well as oversaw their health and welfare, safety, discipline, and morale.  
• Analyzed, developed, and evaluated concerns and executed recommendations to resolve issues of efficiency in work operations. Identified specific requirements for manpower and material needed to support the mission.  
• Conducted preventative maintenance procedures and operations, of two M915A4 tractors and two M967 trailer systems valued more than $500,000.  Utilized Modification Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) to inventory the Basic Issue Items (BII) valued more than $50,000, resulting in zero loss of equipment. 
• Developed, planned, organized, and instructed lanes (Driver’s) training and licensing for 80 Heavy wheeled operators (88M's) during staff development exercises in preparation for worldwide logistical operations. Thereby enhancing driving and backing skills, reducing accidents by over 82% within the first six months. Knowledgeable in equipment safety and applying DOT, DoD, and OSHA instructions and compliance. 
• Assisted in both branch/division, and organizational missions.  Conducted risk assessment matrixes for complex operational logistics support projects. Utilized verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and conduct required training in a clear, positive manner.
