Inputs include the design of processes, how to monitor the process, when to review the process, and concrete methods to overcome risk aversion.

•	Generated quantitative data (correlations) from qualitative survey data which provided additional insights for consultants working on an Accenture CSR project 
•	Created an intern orientation package which guides future interns in the operation of the innovation hub and how to maximise productivity when creating hub assets

• Created simulation models to estimate a campaign’s cost and probability of success which helped
campaign manager decide on what actions to take to minimise cost and maximise success rates
• Used simulation modelling to estimate the number of customers using a competitor’s platform to
help the firm gauge the viability of entering and competing in microinsurance products
