My biggest personal/sports Achievement as a kid I saw on TV the "Paris Dakar rally", the toughets rally in the world in the African dessert I always dreamt of doing this when I get older. In 2007 I raced and finsihed on a Motorbike after 14 days. My favorite qoute for work; 'Where Focus Goes, Energy Flows" My biggest business achievement; Create a complete new parts and accessory line-up for Motocross bikes ATV and Side by Side for Yamaha Motor . I introduced the GYTR (Genuine Yamaha Technology Racing) ) brand in Europe and made it a strong reliable, profitable and succesfull brand, used by race teams and worlchampions today. I could proudly say ; "From 0 to Hero" How did I get to these succeses? "Knowledge is power, Motivation is key" Gain knowledge and create a network with people around me. Motivate that team and you can reach incredible goals. It gives me and the team energy to make things happen. Having worked both on workfloor and at the office-desk, gave me great insights . With this advantage managing projects in technicall fields are for me easy to manage and to steer as I really know what is possible and what NOT. No waste of time. It is best of both worlds. I always want to be a specialist in things, it requires training and development in many aspects. I really love gaining new knowledge as the innovation continous. I was a team manager of a 40 people team,was a sports athlete, followed several train the trainer courses , am teacher in sports, first aid responder.
