I believe in the power of actualization. The heart of my work has been centered around helping others realize just how powerful they really are. I am an optimistic leader who loves to support the limitless possibilities in others and am grateful for the opportunities to do so. I've spent the last decade leading global peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, raising millions of dollars, forging synergetic partnerships with influencers and nonprofits, and mobilizing thousands of people across a variety of cause areas including, human rights, enhancing civil society, hospital foundations, and mental health. During this period, I also became a member of New Leaders Council (NLC) Alumni, working with progressive leaders across the country to create a better tomorrow as well as a graduate of Plenty's Lantern Leadership retreat for conscious leaders. My path has been full of synchronicities and I'm grateful to work in the social impact space weaving my past, present, and future ambitions for a better world by putting the right tools in the hands of nonprofits to unlock exponential growth. I couldn't be happier! Since 2011 I have: -Raised over $8MM in P2P fundraising, major gifts, and strategic partnerships -Member of the team that stewarded KONY 2012, a viral campaign reaching 100M people in 5 days raising $30MM + -Advised socially driven companies and nonprofits including Moffitt Cancer Center, City of Hope, American Kidney Fund, To Write Love On Her Arms, FCA, Maker's Mark, Jim Beam, and Hornitos -Spoken at 260 events reaching a direct audience of 55,000 people -Developed strategy for 20 + digital fundraising, advocacy, and social impact campaigns -Assisted in developing grassroots advocacy programs passing influential legislation -Managed development department and regional North American teams, supervising 20+ and facilitating training over 100 staff -Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, Classy, Funraise, Adobe, Basecamp, Asana, Office 365 Outside of work you'll find me: -Surfing -Skiing -Mountain Biking -Hiking -Checking off movies on my Letterboxd watchlist
