Here are some good tips to help run a smooth project.

This understanding forms the foundation for designing effective processes tailored to the project's needs.

Begin by mapping out the existing workflow or processes if they already exist. Identify key steps, decision points, bottlenecks, and dependencies. This visual representation helps in understanding the flow of work and pinpointing areas for improvement. Tools like flowcharts or process mapping software can be valuable for this step.

⚾ Identify Pain Points and Opportunities for Optimization:

Analyze the mapped workflow to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas prone to errors or delays.
