Bryan currently serves as General Manager of New Businesses. Prior to that, he led Glints’ business operations in Vietnam as the founding Country Manager since 2019. In two years since, he has established Glints as a leading player in the recruitment space, growing the team to over 100 employees across two offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, while steering the business to profitability. He has been a key member since 2017, following their Series A funding while the company was still 20 employees small. Today, as a core member of the leadership team, he is a key contributor to the decision-making process in all strategic and operational matters. Bryan prides himself as a strong leader who leads from the front, and is deeply passionate about personal growth and self-mastery. The seeds of leadership were sown from his time serving in the The Singapore Armed Forces Commando Formation, and he currently leads a company of 120 soldiers as the Officer Commanding for his reservist battalion.
