I’m a qualified Architectural Technologist with over a decade of diverse experience across both private practice and the public sector. I began my career after graduating with an Honours Degree in Architectural Technology from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2012. I then spent over two years in Vancouver working with Formwerks Architectural Inc., gaining valuable international experience on bespoke residential developments. On returning to Ireland, I worked with leading architectural firms RKD and BKD on a wide range of large-scale projects before joining Laois County Council in 2020. In recent years, I have expanded my professional expertise through the completion of a Master of Science in Spatial Planning, which I was awarded with first-class honours (1.1). This has strengthened my understanding of development management, plan-making, urban regeneration, and sustainable planning policy.
