I launched Reframe Coaching & Consulting in 2020, born out of my purpose in the transformative power of coaching. Why? I deeply believe in its ability to craft personal and professional futures filled with intention and purpose. With over nine years in the field, I've been fortunate to collaborate with tech companies and innovative startups, such as General Assembly, Github, and Uber. My journey began with coaching high school students. Wanting to delve deeper into the world of coaching, I pursued my Master's from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I guided college students in planning their futures post-graduation. My career took me to educational nonprofits in Boston, but I soon realized that the traditional education space wasn't allowing me the impact I aspired to. Facing a quarter-life crisis and uncertainty about my professional direction, I met my mentor who was a leadership coach. That interaction changed everything for me. This newfound interest steered me toward the tech industry where I thrived as a career and leadership coach. I have coached with a diverse range of professionals, from Software Engineers to Vice Presidents of Design. In my work, I've also developed career development learning programs for professional athletes and provided insights to emerging startups. Before fully immersing myself in Reframe, I contributed significantly to Uber’s Talent team, designing learning programs for their Talent Acquisition team. The core philosophy of Reframe? There is no singular way to pursue growth, and coaching is a tool that reveals the many paths we can take to ownership of our development.
