Founded in 2008, and backed by a $30million investment fund, the Kairos Society invests in young entrepreneurs bringing high-impact innovations to market. They are committed to advancing the world in areas such as education, healthcare, and clean energy.

While at Kairos, I led the Fellowship Application Process in 70+ countries, built and implemented global community infrastructure supporting 500+ fellows, helped plan events at The World Trade Center, New York Stock Exchange, and Rockefeller Estate. Additionally, I oversaw all content efforts and brand communications.

Wish Dish

Wish Dish, my first full entrepreneurial endeavor, was a platform connecting people by sharing personal stories. We built a community of 600 contributors and had 15,000 monthly visitors month over month at the site's peak. We ran live events annually called Showing Up Naked, where people who wrote on the platform shared their stories on stage.

I led and manage 10 "Campus Champions" to drive ticket sales on their respective campuses.  After successfully creating the framework for the Atlanta Hawks Brand Ambassador Program which generated $60,000 in ticket sales in the first year, I replicated the same program for the Braves organization.

With the mentorship of Andrew Steinberg, Eric Platte, Chris Weddige, Joe Rickert, I helped create and implement a college program for the Atlanta Hawks that generated $60,000+ in Group Sales for the 2014-2015 season working with 8 colleges and 150+ student organizations.  Today this program does more than $250k annually in ticket sales.

As CEO of Arcbound, Bryan Wish focuses on growth and business development, hiring, public relations, and executing the company’s strategic vision.

Bryan saw the opportunity to build a company like Arcbound while working on a book launch for The Creative Curve by tech CEO Allen Gannett. Bryan realized Allen wasn’t just launching a book; he was building a personal brand. With that in mind, Bryan built an end-to-end service to create a sustainable platform for leaders who want to unify others with their message. Four years later, Arcbound has worked with 100+ clients, from Fortune 100 CEOs to global investors and bestselling authors.

When he’s not building the future of Arcbound, you’ll find Bryan hiking in Tahoe or Yosemite, at the gym, reading and writing, or deep introspection by a fire while listening to acoustic folk music.

Looking for someone special. 

It has been one of the best months at Arcbound in the past five years. With recent momentum, we are looking to hire our next Account Strategist /  Customer Success Manager.

To succeed in this role working with people at the top of their space requires proactivity and being able to connect the dots across a client's business and brand as it relates to the work we are doing for them.

My wish list includes someone with a MarTech background or someone who has worked at the intersection of tech and client services. This list also includes great instincts with high EQ, being able to understand where a client is during a particular moment, how they're feeling, and what to do next in their journey is a must.

We are looking for a specific breed of human who likes to be in the fire, who has entered an organization during transformation and seen it flourish on the other side.
