I am a self-motivating, hard worker who enjoys being a leader and helping others be elevated in their careers. I was able to lead a project team to increase customer resolution for the Tempe, AZ site from 54% up to 69%. I was able to mentor and lead individuals to help them increase their customer resolution by at least 10%. Their customer satisfaction scores would increase at least one point, by helping these individuals create a great customer experience for each customer they spoke with. Even more than being a leader, I really enjoy analyzing data and creating reports to present data in an understandable way to improve the business. In the project I led, I was able to pull data and analyze it to present to the leaders of the Tempe, AZ site to show how our project was helping the site. In short, my previous position helped me increase my skills in data analyzation and also my skills in leadership and I know I can learn and take on any job. I also have a wife and three kids who I love spending time with. They are the center of my life and they motivate me to be the best I can inside and outside of work. We love to hike, ride bikes, and be outdoors. A little about me outside of work. I am a huge Star Wars fan, more than I will admit. I love watching all kinds of sports and attending sporting events. I love the experience of the movie theater. I also love live music, as long as I don't have to stand the whole concert.
