Atradius is one of the largest receivable insurers in the world. Insuring AR allows domestic manufacturers and international exporters alike to better manage risk, expand their customer base, and leverage more aggressive lending capabilities with their respective banks. Manufacturers sell more, banks lend more, brokers earn more.

Role:
- Lead sales for Texas and surrounding western region
- Work with commercial banking and brokerage partners alike to increase lending capabilities for both partners and customers

Senior Regional Sales Manager

AT&T

Role:
- Worked on an account team dedicated to a select group of AT&T's largest business clientele
- Meet with these large spend accounts on a revolving basis in order to facilitate the management of projects and further develop business in areas outside of solely telecommunications
- Consistently prospect into accounts that have low to no spend with AT&T in order to increase our market share

- Ranked first among my sales team in sales revenue 2/22 - 6/22.

Global Business Development

AT&T is a clear industry leader in telecommunication and network solutions for consumers and businesses alike. 

Role:
- Spent 6 months in the B2B Sales Program competing against 77 other newly appointed small business sales representatives. All reps were ranked 1-78 based on sales performance 

Achievements:
- Finished first among all 78 with a weighted attainment over 500% of my sales goal for both quantity sold and sales revenue

Small Business Sales Representative

American Income Life Insurance Company

American Income Life provides life insurance to a wide variety of clientele. Their main focus are the unions they partner with. Having the opportunity to help ensure family safety for these hard working individuals was a rewarding experience.

Role:
- Scheduled a minimum of 8 customer appointments for each of my 3 field days each week 
- Worked with clients to meet their family’s needs with customized policies that fit their budget constraints 

Achievements:
- Became the firm’s top sales agent in three of my seven weeks in the field resulting in a promotion to a supervising agent

Sales Agent Intern

C.H. Robinson

C.H. Robinson is a third party logistics company that connects various carriers to companies that are in demand for their transportation services. 

Role:
- Planned to work in business to business sales on the carrier side of their organization, however this opportunity was rescinded due to COVID-19
- The internship was converted to a series of virtual seminars and meetings that educated interns on the different avenues of C.H. as a whole, and what the sales process looks like for these different areas

Sales Associate Intern

College Works Painting

College Works Painting is a home-improvement company that allows college students to open and run new regional branches of their business in areas that demand for their services are identified. 

Role:
- Developed and implemented a marketing strategy yielding over 80 exterior painting leads
- Estimated painting projections and presented to proposals resulting in 15 clients
- Hired, trained, and managed 3 full-time crews and 7 employees and was responsible for the production, management, customer relations, and quality control of 15 jobs 

Achievements:
- Awarded a top sales performer award for having the highest booking rate in my region (53%)
- Revenues exceeding $75,000 while maintaining a profit margin 6% higher than the company average
