As the Chief Venture Officer at City Innovations, I lead our venture studio’s efforts in investment strategy, talent development, and incubation, driving the growth of our portfolio companies.

- Develop and execute investment strategies to ensure strong returns and sustainable growth. Oversee capital allocation to promising startups and projects.
- Manage a comprehensive talent development program to nurture future CEOs and CTOs. Attract, evaluate, and retain top talent, fostering continuous learning and development.
- Lead our incubation process, guiding startups from ideation to spin-out. Collaborate with corporate partners, venture architects, and technical architects to build scalable, profitable businesses.
- Oversee the growth and performance of our investment portfolio, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure alignment with our goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners, investors, and industry experts to create opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Hoom House, LLC

At Hoom House, I co-founded the company with the mission to improve the accessibility and affordability of autism services. We built tools and processes to make the journey to licensure more enjoyable for behavior analysts, resulting in more and higher quality providers to serve those in need. We measured our success by impact, not revenue, and I am proud that our work had a lasting impact on over 120,000 individuals with autism.

I bootstrapped the company from its inception and successfully exited in April 2024.

- Responsible for the product strategy of a fast growing, tech-enabled service startup.
- Established and scaled a web based techstack in a capital efficient manner. I carefully navigate the waters of build vs buy, manual vs automate, and MVP vs complete functionality while the company balances growth vs extending the runway. 
- Wearing many other hats as the team expands from 2 employees to 20+ employees. I spend my days working cross-functional with every department, customers, partners, and investors. 
- We were able to 5x our MRR through the worst year the restaurant industry experienced in our lifetime.

Fathom Drones Inc.

Fathom Drones is a consumer focused underwater drone maker. I joined the team to build out their custom software solution for piloting a drone underwater. There were so many challenges trying to create something totally new and with the limited, crowdfunded resources we had. But, it was an absolute blast working with the team. We moved quickly, passionately, and with good spirits in my time with the company. 

Some notable accomplishments during my time with the company:
- Conducted a successful crowdsourcing campaign on our first attempt that exceeded our goal by 31%
- Brought the most affordable consumer drone to market with a small team
- Successfully created the first-of-its-kind hardware through many evolutions. (And learned how difficult is to build something completely waterproof at deep waters and perfectly balanced/bouyant for ease of use)
- Created a totally custom mobile app capable of piloting a drone through water without observable latency from whatever smartphone the user had.

HC Golf

HC Golf is a mobile application that connects golfers with professional instructors for immediate swing feedback. Record your swing, pick a coach, and get feedback in minutes.

Varsity News Network

While working with an incredible team, we brought 2 new products to market and revved others. The 2 new products were modern Node applications built with Angular and backed with a powerful, Silex API.  I had the privilege of working with some of the best web developers in the country and found my tech entrepreneur background to be a strong addition to the team. My focus was primarily on front end implementation and identifying the MVP featureset during an aggressive release schedule.

Blue Medora LLC

Responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap, marketing, and business development for Blue Medora's Oracle management product (Oracle Enterprise Manager) integrations. 

Lead strategist for Blue Medora's management platform extensibility initiative. Responsible for driving cross-organization initiatives for third party integrations, building strategic partnerships to strengthen Blue Medora's presence in systems management, and evangelizing Blue Medora's vision to customers, analysts and press.
