As a strategic innovation manager at RWDI, I work with a team of engineers, scientists, and consultants to create and implement new products and services that enhance our clients' building performance, sustainability, and resilience. With over 20 years of experience in software development, I bring a combination of technical skills and entrepreneurial experience to solve complex challenges and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders. I am also passionate about building and supporting the startup ecosystem in Ontario and beyond. I have founded or co-founded several ventures and initiatives, such as 20Skaters Hockey, a platform that simplifies the organization of weekly pickup hockey games; ThreeFortyNine, a coworking space that fostered collaboration and innovation among entrepreneurs and creatives; the Ontario Startup Train, a mini-conference on a train that connects startups, investors, and mentors on the way to Montreal's Startupfest; and DemoCampGuelph, an event series that showcases and celebrates the local tech community.
