Digital Marketing and Media Freelancer

Swingamajig Festival

After working with Tom and the team at Swingamajig in the past, but previously within a more content creation focused role, I was asked back on a more strategic level, to help improve engagement in the lead-up and during the event across multiple platforms and the online community. 

Key activities included: 
- Identifying new and potential event attendee demographics
- Creating daily Interactive stories on Facebook & Instagram 
- Collating reviews and reposting for social-proof
- Growth of the Facebook Community Group for improved and targeted qualified reach 
- Resharing and engaging with event-related content from artists, acts and attendees
- Analysing Insights and sharing feedback on posted content to improve future content
- Engagement based on the already established and scheduled content plan
- Traditional marketing to capture the audience at the event and grow members in the online group.

Social Media Strategist

A one-day freelance camera operator gig, filming as part of a 3-person team to sensitively capture a funeral service for a relative of the deceased who lived overseas and could not be there on the day. 

Activities included: 
- Location scouting
- Audio, visual and video equipment setup
- Camera operator of three cameras, including operating a Panasonic GH5 on a Ronin gimbal.

Freelance Camera Operator

Social media marketing manager and digital creative for Swingamajig Festival, an annual music festival that takes place in Birmingham, England. 
It is the UK's first one-day urban festival dedicated to electro swing, vintage sounds and Gypsy madness.

Freelance social media marketing manager for Antur Teifi, an independent business consulting company which inspires, develops and supports businesses to succeed.
