Created automation scripts for big data processing tasks to generate clinical dataset and completed 30-day manual workload (processing time/set was about 9 hours) within 19 days (approx. 36.66% time cost reduction). Analyzed aforementioned clinical dataset in Matlab and generated eye saccade insights for researchers and assisted them to discover new findings summarized in https://doi.org/10.13140/RG.2.2.29761.92000 (Dementia 2020).

Coordinated technical oversight in Clinical Trial on neonates for project CEREBROS.

Research And Development Engineer

Worked on Bio-signal processing and visualization with relevant markers for P.o.C. against Patent WO2017179073A1 (https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2017179073A1/en) for Brain Computing Interfacing (BCI) prototype visualization. Developed a desktop app to see the live data graph (near real time 24-bit bio-signal data), then integrated cloud solution to stream the data to remote doctors.

Collaborated with IIT Gandhinagar research lab on Eye Tracking technology against Patent WO2016092563A3 (https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2016092563A3/en) to solve maintainability issues. Led on-site team in community-level clinical trials on multiple rural cohort premises.
