I successfully transitioned from a project with Serving & Co to a CEO position within Sigma Connectivity GmbH, reflecting the trust placed in my leadership.
I have been successful in building long-term partnerships and relationships with key clients and influential leaders within the industry. I actively worked on building a network within the industry, attended events and established a strong presence to benefit the organisation long-term.

During this job tenure, I played a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of a successful Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity (PE) company. I spearheaded its rapid expansion by forging strategic alliances with prominent partners such as Bearingpoint, enhancing our competencies in strategy, finance,
and advisory services. These collaborations positioned us as trusted advisors to financial institutions and business owners. Additionally, I established strategic partnerships with reputable firms including Bearingpoint, Mannheimer & Swartling and Headwaters Merchant Bank.

Some of my key accomplishments during this period include:
- I undertook critical roles as Interim CEO and investment manager for a major Dutch retailer (900 employees) and a publicly listed Swedish high-tech company.
- I orchestrated successful exits in collaboration with large investment companies.
- I pioneered the formation of a revolutionary PE fund. This venture involved securing new investment opportunities and diversifying the fund's portfolio to maximize returns.
