Contractor June 2021 - August 2021, FTE September  2021- End of June 2022 As the leader of Talent Attraction and Employer Brand, I oversaw all recruitment marketing, candidate messaging, and top-of-funnel experience. I crafted messaging for a new candidate AI-driven experience for the 60K+ candidates hired per year and grew the Talent pool from 0 to 175K in six months. I expanded the Talent Attraction team, adding Program Channels to create pipelines of talent in Veterans, Campus, and the Community. Additionally, I oversaw internal Talent communications and served as the executive steward of our evolving culture. I led marketing pilots and established reporting and accounting processes to ensure accountability and performance measures.

Developed strategy and execution plan for rolling out SAP’s Social Media Ambassador Program. Daily activities also included: content curation and posting; ghostwriting on social for Leadership; monitoring and issues management; and Social Media Brand training for both employees and preferred clients. Additionally, supported a Marketing Optimization project to reduce ineffective tactics, improve reporting and tracking of marketing campaigns, and develop a tiered marketing “menu” based on business goals and priorities.
