As the leader of Talent Attraction and Employer Brand, I oversaw all recruitment marketing, candidate messaging, and top-of-funnel experience. I crafted messaging for a new candidate AI-driven experience for the 60K+ candidates hired per year and grew the Talent pool from 0 to 175K in six months. I expanded the Talent Attraction team, adding Program Channels to create pipelines of talent in Veterans, Campus, and the Community. Additionally, I oversaw internal Talent communications and served as the executive steward of our evolving culture.
